Description
Our Fresh Sweet Potatoes are sourced from selected Egyptian farms and harvested at the appropriate stage of maturity. The roots are carefully cured to support skin setting and selected for their vivid orange flesh, consistent shape, and suitability for international distribution.
The available varieties include Beauregard and Bellevue. Both varieties are supplied throughout the July-to-December season and are suitable for retail shelves, food-service operations, and industrial food production.
Sweet potatoes are calibrated into five commercial size grades: S at 80–150 g, M at 150–300 g, L1 at 300–450 g, L2 at 450–600 g, and XL at 600 g or above. Every size grade is packed in 6 kg cartons, with both varieties available across the complete calibration range.
Pharaoplanta applies controlled curing, selection, grading, packing, handling, and traceability procedures throughout the supply process. Products are prepared according to applicable quality and food-safety standards to support reliable international distribution.
