Description

Our Frozen Sweet Potato is produced from carefully selected Egyptian sweet potatoes harvested between September and December. The roots are processed at peak maturity to ensure natural sweetness, vivid orange colour, and consistent quality.

The sweet potatoes are peeled, inspected, and precisely cut before being processed using the Individual Quick Freezing method. Rapid freezing helps preserve their firm texture, flavour, colour, and free-flowing quality during storage and preparation.

Available as cubes and fries, Frozen Sweet Potato is suitable for ready meals, roasting, purées, side dishes, catering operations, and food-manufacturing applications. Cube sizes of 10 × 10 mm and 20 × 20 mm provide flexibility for different recipes and production requirements.

Pharaoplanta supplies Frozen Sweet Potato in retail packs and 10 kg bulk cartons, with private-label and white-label options available. Production follows recognised quality and food-safety systems, supported by full traceability throughout the supply chain.
