Description

Our Frozen Onion is produced from carefully selected Egyptian onions harvested between March and June. The onions are inspected and peeled before processing to ensure a clean appearance, fresh flavour, and consistent finished product.

Following preparation, the onions are precisely diced or sliced before being processed using the Individual Quick Freezing method. Rapid freezing helps preserve their natural characteristics while maintaining free-flowing pieces that are easy to portion and use.

Available in diced and sliced formats, Frozen Onion is suitable for ready meals, soups, sauces, seasoning blends, catering operations, and industrial cooking applications. The 10 × 10 mm diced format provides uniform pieces for controlled cooking and consistent presentation.

Pharaoplanta supplies Frozen Onion in retail packs and 10 kg bulk cartons, with private-label and white-label options available. Production follows recognised quality and food-safety systems, supported by full traceability throughout the supply chain.
